St.Thecla parish provides many educational/ formational opportunities for people of all ages.  We offer programs for youth and adults at every level of knowledge.  Whether you are a "beginner" in your faith journey, or are well on your way, consider joining us for a session that interests you. Please know that you need not be a parish member to participate in the formation programs we provide.

CHILDREN'S FAITH FORMATION

We offer two separate programs to help meet the needs of your family. Please read the descriptions of the programs below

• Weekly Children of God: This formation program requires that ONLY the children attend 23 sessions on Mondays from September through April. The dates and times for this program are located on calendar link below.
• NEW Monthly Faithful Families: This formation program requires that the PARENTS along with their children attend monthly session. There are 7 sessions scheduled a year each on a Wednesday night. These sessions include dinner, a family activity and a catechetical lesson. After each session the children (K - 8 grades) receive 3 take home lessons to work on and return. The dates and times for this program are located on calendar link below.

 ADULT FORMATION

Book Club: Our monthly discussion takes place on the fourth Tuesday of every month starting at 7:00 pm and ending by 8:30 pm in the Faith Formation Center. There are no study guides or questions for our discussions, instead, we focus on the spiritual elements of the book.  Discussions are facilitated by Brenda Manzo and book selections are chosen by the group from a supplied reading list. YOUTH MINISTRY 

Our Youth Group has been busy throughout the summer.  In July, we
celebrated birthdays with the residents at The Sanctuary at Clinton
Villa.  We had lunch, including cake and ice cream and then we played
Bingo!!!  We had a great time and are looking forward to going back this
month again!!
